Our Approach

We partnered with the agency to create a unified analytics ecosystem designed specifically for scale. The process began by auditing and standardizing GTM, GA4, and Search Console setups across all client accounts, ensuring that every site was measured in a consistent, reliable way. From there, we built a custom, branded Looker Studio dashboard template that housed all core KPIs, keyword-driven conversions, content engagement trends, top landing page insights, and the signals the team needed to understand performance at a glance. This template became the foundation for both internal analysis and client-facing reporting. To support long-term growth, we also created a structured internal system for documenting requests, tracking client setups, onboarding new accounts, and routing updates—removing friction from a process that had previously been difficult to manage as the agency scaled.
