This role will support client delivery, operations, and growth at ClearGlance.
The person in this role will:
Own the Client Experience: Serve as the strategic lead for assigned clients, owning communication, direction, and overall results, confidently managing client relationships without requiring daily oversight from the founder.
Drive Independent Execution: Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring contractors meet our CG Standard and meet deadlines without oversight.
Scale the Engine: Identify bottlenecks in delivery, improve SOPs, and implement systems that increase efficiency and reduce founder dependency.
Bridge Sales to Success: Lead the transition from discovery calls to seamless onboarding
Lead Analytics Strategy: Fully guide and make recommendations for analytics implementations for clients of varying complexities
This role is designed to grow into a high-trust leadership role with increasing ownership and strategic responsibility inside the business.
